This community is a return to the body you leave behind to cope.

 

The journey of reawakening within is subtle and steady, meeting you at a pace that feels safe. We gather monthly in small, intimate groups for Spinal Energetics, moving through it together as a council of women.

This work does not demand anything from you and this is no chore - all you need is presence and breath. You do not have to be anything other than the woman you are right now - ready, curious, and honest.

Perhaps it is not weakness that keeps you scrolling or smoking another joint to fall asleep but the deep discomfort of being alone with everything you have held within all day?


Perhaps it is not inconsistency that keeps you from creating, expressing, or leading, but your body capping you on what's available because so much is bound within?


Perhaps it is not brokenness that keeps you from showing up softly to your husband or children but your old patterns of being hard and tough that once protected you?

Perhaps it is not a bleeding heart that keeps you in friendships, dynamics, and environments that drain and deplete you but a long-held somatic threshold of people pleasing to survive?

Spinal Energetics unwinds these threads without force. You do not have to relive anything. Your system releases what it is ready to release at a pace that feels safe.

What's Included: 

Monthly Spinal Energetics Circle


One session per month with a small group of ten women. Sixty minutes together: gentle check-in, thirty-minute session, integration.

Group One - Second Thursday of every month, 3:00–4:30 pm PT. 

Group Two - Third Saturday of every month, 10:00 AM PT. 

Group Three - Third Saturday of every month, 1:00 PM PT. 

Group Three - Third Thursday of every month, 12:00 PM PT. More groups may open as needed.

Once you have purchased your membership you will RSVP to the session you'd like to attend. We understand things come up & life happens, you are always welcome to swap sessions with other women. 

Recordings are available if you cannot attend live - these still hold powerful medicine.

Monthly Community Integration Call
 

On the last Monday of each month, 12:00–1:00 pm PT. We will gather together for an hour of reflection, Q&A, hot-seats, meditations, practices, and prompts.

This is the place to lay it all down. Share your breakthroughs, wear your heart on your sleeve, be vulnerable, allow yourself to be witnessed in your fullness and practice being completely present with other women in their wounds and transformations.  Sometimes the most powerful healing simply comes from speaking and being seen in it.

24/7 Community Space
 

A virtual gathering space on the easy-to-use Kajabi Communities app: check-ins, weekly prompts, reminders, wins, struggles, playlists, and sisterhood. 

This is where you:

To get the most out of this work, create a safe and intentional container:

  • Choose a quiet room where you won’t be interrupted and are free to move and vocalize
  • Lie down on a yoga mat, thick blanket, bed, or massage table
  • Position your camera (laptop or phone) to show your full body from the side
  • Optional: headphones for sound, water nearby, journal, tea, candles, incense
  • Avoid caffeine beforehand and try not to eat a heavy meal immediately before

Come as you are. The space will meet you.

You have carried so much for so long. You deserve a place where you no longer have to hold everything alone. This membership is not another practice to keep up with. It is your sanctuary.
